The Aegina Cultural and Educational Association “O Kapodistrias”, with the support of the Municipality of Aegina, is organizing the 14th Traditional Dance Festival, which will take place on Friday, June 26, and Saturday, June 27, 2026, at the iconic church of Agios Nikolaos o Thalassinos, located at the port of Aegina.
With the motto “Where the body follows the soul…”, the festival has become a cherished cultural institution celebrating Greek tradition, music, and dance, while highlighting the importance of cultural expression and the preservation of our rich folk heritage.
On both festival days, events will begin at 20:30, preceded by a parade of the participating dance groups along Aegina’s waterfront promenade at 20:00.
This year’s festival brings together cultural and dance associations from Aegina and other regions of Greece, showcasing traditional dances, costumes, and musical traditions from across the country.
