Ticket Collection
Where do I find and collect my tickets from?

 The fastest and most eco-friendly way is to retrieve your ticket online.

Click here in order to fill in the blanks with the reservation code (ferry code or system code) and the mobile number that was used during the booking process. In the next step you can choose to either receive the e-tickets in your e-mail or print them. If you choose the e-ticket option, then you can board the vessel by showing the ticket to our crew via your mobile device, without waiting at the port ticket office. The online check-in procedure is available 48 hours prior to the departure time.

I would like to travel with printed tickets. How may I print my tickets?

Via web check-in

Up to 45 minutes prior to departure you can collect your tickets at our port offices: 

I have lost my tickets, can I travel?

If your tickets were printed out, you should purchase new tickets for the same route and then email us at customer@sf.gr mentioning your old and new booking reservation numbers, in order to convert the old (lost) tickets to open dated ones, for a trip within the same calendar year. Refund is not possible for lost tickets.

Online Booking
I have not received the/my booking confirmation email

If you haven't received a confirmation email after a successful booking, we would advise you to first check the spam/junk/promotion folders in your inbox. 

If you still can't find it, you may request for the confirmation email to be re-sent to you through email, at customer@sf.gr or by contacting us at +302104101555, mentioning the last 4 digits of your charged card.  

In case the email address was not entered correctly, you may ask us to correct it in the system and re-send you the confirmation email.

For safety reasons, we might have to re-confirm some of the booking details with you, before proceeding.

How can I fill in my MAN code in the online booking process?

In the step where you fill in the passenger details, click the MAN box which opens the corresponding field where you can fill in the 9 digit number.

 

Can I purchase a ticket for a vehicle such as a van, a trailer or a truck online?

Tickets for such vehicles (vans, trailers, trukcs) of any length may be issued only by the local Saronic Ferries port ticket offices.

“Something went wrong” message appears after I enter my details

Please make sure you have entered the reservation code of the ferry company or the system code and the phone number you have provided during the booking process.

Please note that web check-in is available 48 hours prior to your departure. Not earlier.

E-Ticket
Is it OK to travel with an e-ticket?

Of course! You can retrieve your e-tickets here. All that is required is to fill in the blanks with the reservation code (ferry code or system code) and the mobile number that has been used during the booking process. In the next step you can choose to either receive the e-tickets in your e-mail or print them. If you choose the e-ticket option, then you can board the vessel by showing your e-ticket to our crew via your mobile device, without waiting at the ticket office kiosk.

The online check-in procedure is available 48 hours prior to the departure time.

 

How do I get an e-ticket?

You can visit our website here and proceed with an online booking. After receiving the confirmation email with your reservation code, you may proceed with the check-in procedure, here, 48 hours prior to your departure.

I have not received my/the e-ticket in my email

If you haven't received your e-tickets after a successful web check-in, we would advise you to first check the spam/junk/promotion folders.

It is important to add your contact details carefully so that you properly receive all the required information afterwards in your email.

Cancellations, changes and ticket modifications
How do I modify my booking (date/time)?

If the purchase has been made via Saronic Ferries online booking, you should send an email to customer@sf.gr or call us at +302104101555 or visit  the port offices up to one hour prior to the scheduled departure time.

If the purchase has been made through any other online ticket agency or a physical ticket office, you must contact the respective issuing agent or visit  the port offices up to one hour prior to the scheduled departure time. 

 

 

How do I cancel my ticket?

Tickets can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure with a 100% fare refund. For cancellations up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure, the refund is 50%. The cancellation and refund of the corresponding amount is made by the issuing agencies. If the purchase has been made through the SARONIC FERRIES website, please send us a mail at customer@sf.gr.

How do I convert my ticket to an open date ticket?

If the purchase has been made via Saronic Ferries online booking, you should send an email to  customer@sf.gr or contact us or visit  the port offices up to one hour prior to the scheduled departure time.

If the purchase has been made through any other online ticket agency or a physical ticket office, you must contact the respective issuing agent, or visit  the port offices up to one hour prior to the scheduled departure time.

Your open date ticket can be used for travel up to one year from the issuance date. 

 

What happens if a strike disrupts ferry sailings?

You can cancel the ticket and have the whole fare refunded by the issuing agency or change it at the port ticket offices or at the issuing agencies for a subsequent itinerary, always subject to availability.

Saronic Ferries Bonus Card
How do I get a Saronic Ferries Bonus card?

You can fill in the application form located here. You will receive your bonus card code in the email you have submitted in the next 3-5 business days.

 

What exactly is the Saronic Ferries Bonus Card reward system?

For every four round trips, the next one is automatically credited to you for free. This bonus is valid both for passengers and for vehicles. 

 

I have applied for the Saronic Ferries Bonus Card but have not received any email yet

If you have not received a verification email instantly, please contact our Customer Service Department at customer@sf.gr or call us at +302104101555.

How do I collect my Bonus Card points? Can I register routes after the tickets have been issued?

Your points and free routes are registered instantly, at the time of issuance by the port ticket offices or by the book online platform on our website. After issuing a ticket, the routes can not be registered.

How do I get my free ticket?

The free ticket is automatically credited to your card after having purchased 4 aller-retour routes.

Can I apply for a bonus card via the ticket office or my tour operator?

The Saronic Ferries bonus card is issued only by application through our website here.

 

Travel Information
How long is my trip?

Please click here and find all the information you need for your destination and your trip at a glance. The distance between the destinations in minutes is shown on the map. At the same time, when you book your tickets, both the departure time and the disembarkation time are displayed.

What is the departure gate of my ship?

If you are departing from the port of PIRAEUS the gate of departure is Gate Ε8 inside the port

From all the other destinations there in only one gate per port: 
AEGINA: Central port
SOUVALA: North port of Aegina
AGISTRI: Port of Skala 
METHANA: Central Port
POROS: New Port

How long before departure should I be at the port?

We advise all passengers to be at the port 45 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time.

Can I travel with my pet?

By all means.

You can travel with your pets on the outer decks of our ships or, alternatively, in the specially designed spaces (kennels) that you will find on the roofed decks.

By law, the stay of pets in the enclosed spaces of ships is prohibited.

 

Is there a discount for my children’s fare?

Children up to 5 years old are entitled to 100% discount, while children 5-10 years old are entitled to a 50% discount.

Saronic Ferries offers the following discounts:

  • Students from Greek universities and ISIC card holders:: discount 50%
  • Beneficiaries Nat: Discount 50%
  • Three-child family: Discount 30%
  • Multi child family: Discount 50%
  • Children 5-10 years: Discount 50%
  • Infants / children up to 5 years old: free!

 

I have missed the boat. What can I do;

After the departure of the ship, no modification can be made to your reservation. Refund is also not possible.

Travellers with disabilities

At Saronic Ferries, flawless services for all our passengers is a non-negotiable priority. 

The embarkation and disembarkation of passengers with disabilities is carried out on an escalator or on lifts, depending on the ferry, and always with the help of one of our crew members. Please make sure the passenger or their escort informs the ship's officer before boarding, so that the officer can coordinate the procedure and ensure a comfortable journey.

Information about COVID-19
What is the current protocol?

The use of a mask is currently mandatory in all indoor areas of the ship.

The compliance to social distances (1.5 m) is very important and should be applied by passengers inside and outside the ship at all times (especially during boarding and disembarkation). 

We kindly ask you to follow the instructions and announcements of the crew and the port authorities.
